Form des  persönlichen Verkaufs, bei der versucht wird, die für den Kunden optimale Problemlösung zu finden. Die auf  Kundenzufriedenheit fokussierte Verkaufstechnik empfiehlt sich bes. dann, wenn auf langfristige  Kundenbindungen Wert gelegt wird.
- Gegensatz:  Hard Selling.
